Summary: a recap of the movie

About: that's the most fun I've ever had making a vid. The song gave me the opportunity to play a lot with the phootage, I also had fun with colors this time. Quite simple, more focused on editing to music...in fact the resulting file size is really small compared to the usual. And damn, I so needed to distance myself from SPN, I was starting to hate my own vids...^^'

I've had so much fun with this. I have wanted to vid EQ to this track for a long time, and nothing would come together. Anyway, making my UV vid had me finally moving in a direction I am happier with in my vidding, let's face it, I'll never be one of those who can cut to perfection, or one of you lucky ones who can be so totally free with interpretation(and I was inspired after seeing EQ at the cinema last weekend). I've always been more graphic minded (I guess the text thing was a bit of a give away :D ). Plus, I'm one of those people who can find a film's titles are sometimes more interesting than the film. :-P tee hee

As I said at the beginning of this ramble, I've wanted to put these two together for ages, so I thought, so what, just have a mess about, get in there and play, I might learn something. As an experiment it came off better than I'd ever hoped (just doesn't look as sharp as I'd like at full screen *sob*), and it was bloody good fun - heheheheee. I love my Adobe.

Hello everyone,

I just made a music video for Equilibrium. Living in a cold, futuristic world where emotions are forbidden and kept dormant through the use of drugs, John Preston's feelings are awakened after missing his usual dose. This video features Preston's conquest to overthrow the regime and come to term with his own feelings. You can find it here or at the alternate sources below:
