I attended the 1992 NAB convention and videotaped the induction of the Star Trek main characters into the National Association of Broadcasters' Hall of Fame. This is just that part of the ceremony. Handheld. Don't think any other fans were there, and doubt this ceremony has ever seen the light of day before. Only wish I could have gotten away with a tripod during the luncheon. Lots of chewing in the raw footage, as well as Larry King's induction and Don Rickles' roast of him.

Since I've been going thru old videos, I changed a few of the clips in my Fan Friends video and color-corrected some of the old ones. One addition is from my Henry Jenkins interview, which I still haven't finished going thru to put up.

But you will see two scenes from an art auction and picnic set of videos that are up but unlisted. I haven't announced the two urls anywhere and am looking for advice on how or where to do that. It shows the attendees at a slash con, which is why it's not public. The two videos are in the Fandom Playlist, but don't show as accessible. People can either ask me for the url, or decide that I should post the urls here or somewhere else. Your decision.

Night Before Christmas has been my research area since 1999, and I've collected antique editions of the poem. Since I've been playing more with still images of late, I've taken the opportunity to put many of those images to a version of the Christmas poem by The Trail Band.

This is a unique video that would be great to spread around at this season. I'm really pleased with how it came out.

There are mp2 (260 MB) and mp4 (36 MB) videos, but this is where the mp2 quality really matters because it holds up so much better over the dissolves.
