So the last time I did a vid was back in 2004. I used to use DVD decrypter but I read in another post that due to its age, it can't really keep up with some of the new DVDs. I don't mind having to pay for a program as long as the price isn't insane, but is there anything out there compatible with Windows 7 that is easy to use? I haven't done this in years so I pretty much have the training wheels back on. :(

seconding anydvd, w caveat that I bought it during a sale that guaranteed free lifetime upgrades (for the usual price of the software), but honestly it wouldn't have been exorbitant otherwise, just not cheap. but might be worth watching for another sale, idk if they're still doing that periodically. and I'm pretty sure it's currently the best available option. it works a little differently than dvd decrypter but it's easy to figure out.
