Codec Downloads?

vidding_livejournal_ark2I had my OS reinstalled and I need download links for the latest codec packs. I can't find them due to stupidity. Anyone have the links?
ETA: Now I'm trying to open VirtualDubMod and I'm getting an error message of "The procedure entry point oggpack_writealign could not be located in the dynamic link library ogg.dll."

Date: 2010-03-07 09:50 pm (UTC)What I suggest getting instead is CCCP found here (http://www.cccp-project.net). It's the Combined Community Codec Pack which in itself doesn't really carry any codecs so no compatibility problems among codecs. What it does is install an updated and modified version of ffdshow (cause the original version has been discontinued) and an mkv splitter. So what you end up with is really just *one* codec that plays all. So that's what I suggest :)
