I was upgraded from 2GB to the 35GB (whenever that was). I checked the site - but cannot find any info if they'll upgrade me to the 250GB.

They have always done it automatically for me, so I'm not sure. Check the email you signed up under and see if your spam filter got their note.

If not I'd either drop them a note here http://www.lunarpages.com/contact/ or give them a call. (They've always been good about contact in either direction).
