Listen, folks, way back in March, the vidding mods began to ask - publically and in some cases privately - for images to be posted behind a cut-tag on this community. vidding has grown & become active to the point where the number of images and lengthy posts that have started to appear, are wreaking havoc on the flists of members, and we have responded to repeated & increasing member requests to have cut-tags become the norm.

However, some of you still are not following these guidelines.

And quite frankly, as of now I'm tired of asking, because you are all perfectly capable of remembering this basic LJ-courtesy, and we shouldn't have to remind each and every single person that posts here to follow the guidelines. If you can't be bothered to read or remember the guidelines, or pay attention to admin posts, I can't be bothered to continue to take my own personal time to remind you about it.

Mods have the power to delete entries which do not follow the community guidelines. It's much faster and less stressful, and from now on will be the default reaction to guideline violations.
