In case anyone didn't know, Richard Biggs, the actor and wonderful, lively man who played Doctor Stephen Franklin in Babylon 5 passed away this week from a massive stroke or aneurysm at his home in the States. He was 44 years old.

I thought this tribute to him, from the 'official' vid maker for Babylon 5, might interest some people here:
