I have a bit of a problem and was hoping someone here could help me out.
buffyversetop5 is a Buffy/Angel open rec site that runs at year end. We've just had a post of s series of YouTube vids here. The first item on the list is a well known vid and looking at the YouTube post I think it very likely this was reposted without permission. I do not know how to get in touch with the actual makers however to alert them to this.
The person making this post is a first time poster and I'm sure she was unaware of this (and was trying hard to stick to our community rules, bless her). I've asked her to substitute the link but in the meantime wanted to pass this on. Does anyone here know the actual vid makers?
Here is the YouTube link in case she changes the link (per my request).

Date: 2007-01-06 11:54 pm (UTC)I've never done anything about it, because, as a wise friend once told me, getting stuff off the internet is like trying to get pee out of a pool. But I do try to keep tabs on where vids have gone, and it's mildly annoying to see someone else claim credit for our work, so... yeah. Thanks. :-) (In particular, I appreciate your updating the community post with the link to our site.)
