I'm using Ulead VideoStudio 9 and when I try to create the video file, I get this error message: Does anyone know what is wrong or how to fix the problem? I've read the FAQ and such on the Ulead site and I've found nothing. Thanks in advance for any help. Problem solved thanks to ms_3m.
I use Ulead MediaStudio Pro so if VideoStudio is similar maybe you can check a couple of things... 1. Make sure your original audio file plays via WMP or some other audio playback software. 2. If it file plays independent of the editing software, then make sure the editing software is accessing the audio file properly. Example, if you have the original audio file on an external drive, make sure the external drive is being accessed. 3. Make sure you have the enable/disable box ticked as Enabled. This box is found on the left hand side at the beginning of the timeline. 4. Make sure the original audio file is in the correct format. I use either mp3 or wav files. Other audio file formats may still work with Ulead.
That's all I can think of right now to try and check. Hope one of these things works.

It was kind of a mix of 1 and 4. I got around the problem by copying the music file in my HD and importing it again. I'm not sure what the problem actually was though because it was the same file, only copied. Fickle computers. :) Thanks again.
