If anyone is interested, I just completed a a birthday present for happyminion.

It's a Lex and Lionel Luthor vid. (Sorry folks, not a slash vid)

It features footage from all three seasons of Smallville.

Which method did you use? I'm curious about the "tweaking the red line" thing that jackiekjono suggested, since that strikes me as the legitimate way of doing what you wanted to do, whereas my way was sort of the cheap-shit way. I know a lot of cheap-shit ways of doing things in Premiere, and I'd like to start coming in through the front door more often when I use it instead of climbing in through the window. :-)

I used the redline way. I didn't end up using the clips of Lex and Lionel in the way I wanted by doing that way. I did use it for the opening credits though. All of the over overlaps are the Cross fade transition.
