More Mac Mpeg2 Encoding Fun

I've tested a method that will allow you to encode Mpeg2 files using only iDvd3 and TextEdit. I think the ffmpegx way that Killa posted about before is easier, but if that doesn't work for you, then perhaps this might help. I got essentially the same results doing it either way.
