Yes, boys and girls, I've finished my very first vid! A short little ditty called Best Friends.

RealMedia, 7.2Mb. Considering every single clip was pulled from DVD, I'm very unhappy with the quality of the .rm file. Any tips for exporting to RealMedia?

This is also a blatant plea for critique.

The file I exported using the sharp settings came out better than the one I did using smooth - all at 30 (29.970) fps.

I'm gonna try re-ripping the source files, making sure they're *not* recompressed this time. I'd really like to have a clean, sharp, TV worthy copy on VCD.

30 fps for TV worthy copy, for sure :) But for internet download or streaming, 15 fps is your best friend. More manageable file size - you should be able to get a nicely viewable, perfectly clear vid at somewhere between 10-15 MB (for a 4 minute song) using RealMedia Export at that setting.
