Question: What Inspires You?

Hi - not a vidder, but interested in the vidding process.

I'd like to host a vidding challenge for my fandom (this started with a song I thought would be great for a vid), and wanted some input in order to make this fun for the people who take up the challenge.

So, without further ado -

• How long would you need (4 min song)?
• Does working with a predetermined song work for you, or turn you off?
• What do you find fun about a challenge? Not fun?
• What were some of the positives and negatives of past challenges you've run across?
• Anything I've left off that I should know?
