Hi--I run a blog called FanCinemaToday.com that admittedly is mostly about fan films.

I'm trying to find someone who would be interested in writing a review about some Windows-based video editing software which seems aimed at beginning/intermediate vidders (I'm neither a vidder or a Windows user, or I'd review it myself). The review would just be a few hundred words and very conversational--as if you were passing along to friends whether the software was worth picking up. Since I run FCT as a hobby, the review would be unpaid, but you'd get to keep the software, FWIW.

If you're interested in this (and I hope that SOMEONE is!), please drop me a line via the contact form over at fancinematoday.com. If you could throw in a link to something you've written online that you're proud of, that would help, so I could get an idea of your style.

Thanks-
Clive

25 years ago a brain, an athlete, a basketcase, a princess and a criminal met in Saturday detention. And to this day we wonder - what happened to them on Monday?

Well, I'd like to both celebrate Breakfast Club's 25th and attempt to answer that question - in vid form:

music: "Love Will Tear Us Apart" by Joy Division
fandom: The Breakfast Club
genre: meta-y overwiev, with a side of dancing
details: size: 24M zipped .avi, lenght: 3:08
summary: "What happens to us on Monday?" Just like the movie, it's the most cheerful, optimistic thing (as long as you don't look too closely)

I am still watching the anime, but I had to make this...

Pairing: None
File Size: 38 MB
File Type: .WMV
Song: "Dance with the Devil"
Artist: Breaking Benjamin
Summary: This is one of my favorite Death Note vids so I decided to use the same song with the live action footage.
Warning: Death Note spoilers

I just finished making a video on Movie Maker, but when I try to publish it, it tells me that the project contains source files that are missing or have been modified after import. I've gone through every file on the timeline, and they're all there; I haven't moved any of the source files; I nre-imported all the files I used into WMM, just in case; and the torrents I downloaded the clips from haven't been deleted, and I currently have them seeding. Basically, I have no idea what could be causing the problem, but it's making me tear my hair out. Help?
