Spoilers/Warnings: The whole movie.  This video contains violence found in the movie, it was rated R I believe. Most are brief glimpses, but fair warning.
Summary: I was strongly influenced by the band's description of the meaning of the song, it being about dealing with your own inner demons and such. So I began searching my brain for the perfect movie. And I was on a four hour car trip when it hit me that Identity is PERFECT! It's all about conflicting multiple personalities and the fight to the forefront. So I took that and kind of ran with it. It's not supposed to be an overview of the movie per se, but it sort of ended up that way.

LJ Tool That Lets Your Search For A Post: LJ Archive

Looking for a story posted in a LJ community? Or a vid posted in a LJ community? Here is a tool that will allow you to find it.

1. Download this application LJ Archive from here
2. Install (Windows only alas)
3. Configure with your LJ user info and your community and it will download a backup of the community to your computer. It will also allow you to synch manually (or automatically) ) every time you launch the software.

4. Then...type in your search query (say "amnesia" for all the stories that feature Sam and or Dean getting hit on the head with a big rock or a falling angel from the sky. Or the name of the vid you are looking for).

You can also back up your own LJ. The ability to backup a LJ varies - you cannot backup someone else's private LJ. If you're a member of an LJ community, you can back up posts (but not comments). If you are not a member of the LJ (ex. the spnnewsletter will not allow anyone to be a member )- no dice. You can backup nothing and you can search for nothing, leaving you to scroll back through the posts. But not all communities limit their membership so strictly. Ex. The veni_vidi_vids Vidding Newsletter allows people to join as members but limits their posting access through an optional moderator setting - so theoretically you could back up the Vidding Newsletter and search through posts.)

Finally, mods of communities can consider using LJ Archive to find posts for tagging etc.

searching for a song

I'm looking for any vids with the song "Set the Fire to the Third Bar" by Snow Patrol (featuring Martha Wainwright). I've only seen this one, and I want more. I've been dying to see this song vidded for a while and I want to see what other vidders have done with it.
