A really immense Star Trek music video

This is composed of two pieces of classical music back to back. I can't redo the audio track because I don't have the original tape anymore. The video has been upgraded to DVD quality. There are two wows in the audio track. That's the bad part.

The good part is it's really wonderful!!

This was from the days when I was experimenting with video to music rather than words, and it essentially takes 20 minutes out of the Empath and uses it in order to the two pieces of music. So it's very much a storytelling video, and the match to the music still amazes me. You can almost hear voices for the characters. Anyway, I love it. The video is (gasp) 163 MB; MP4. The music is Concerto Grosso #8 by Corelli, and Chaconne by Gluck.

Clip Theft: What to do?

I do not know what to do. I found a video that is 90% made up of clips lifted from my videos. This person even lifts entire sections (two or more clips together) to put in her video. I have written two very civilized, gently-worded emails to this person. I tell her/him over and over again that I understand if she is a newbie and does not understand that clip theft/plagarism is not allowable by me. But this person have not yet responded. What should I do now?

ETA: Everything is sorted out between me and this person. She did not understand that it was wrong to take footage from other videos. However, I am still interested what you guys have done in the past with regards to clip theft.

What is the best program to use (i.e. will yield the highest possible quality) to convert .wmv files (without using WMM) to:
- .avi
- .mov

I am using Windows XP and Windows 2000 Professional.
