SmartRipper Issues

So I've decided that I'm going to experiment with ripping using SmartRipper - but I've had a hell of a time tracking down a copy to download, as it seems to be unavailable a lot of places. Now that I have a downloaded copy, it appears to be incomplete - beneath the 'Settings' tab there is no 'Start' tab, which shows in all tutorials. I've played around to see if I can get it to appear, but no avail.

This is the second one I've downloaded from 2 different sites. Does anyone know where a complete, working version can be obtained - or am I doing something wrong?
