How to avoid a squished picture in WMM

I just wrote up a quick tutorial for the method I personally use to avoid a squished screen (skewed aspect ratio) in WMM. Often WMM will do this to anamorphic widescreen footage. I wrote this in response to an earlier post here. Now, an easier way may exist out there (and probably does), but this in the only way I know to fix it. Here's the explanation. Hopefully it makes sense. :)
