If you haven't used https://www.youtube.com/music_policies yet, it's great for being able to tell ahead of time which songs are banned in which countries! (or which songs you're not allowed to use on youtube in general) As for visual content, they've been edited yourself so I've never had a copyright problem! The only problem may arise if you upload full scenes, which I doubt you will.
I upload all my videos to youtube - that's my only platform. So I find it very safe. I'm not sure what your worries are, but if you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer them! (Or at least try to!)
