I find it intersting that she keeps bringing up the CC on her site and in her emails yet right there in the CC it says "Noncommercial. You may not use this work for commercial purposes.
Seems like she's not exactly keeping to the "letter of the law" on that if she is asking for donations for her fic. I'm with whoever suggested emailing the folks who own the rights to the works she basing her fics on. What a creep this gal is.
