Hi, new poster here tentatively poking around the vidding communities. I've been vidding for a few months now, for several fandoms, and thought it would be nice to get to know some fellow vidders and hopefully pimp my vids to a larger audience. :)

Firefly

A fun and tongue-in-cheek short video looking at the humour and action in the series. Music performed by Korn, inspired by Ryan's excellent Angel Jam vid.

Still Flying (11.04Mb, 4:27 minutes)
Fast-paced trailer-style look at the entire Firefly series: the action, the drama, the character relationships. Music The Black Amnesias by Hope of the States.

Fade Out (8.94Mb, 4:10 minutes)
Simon and River (possible csi but not manifest). Black and white, very Simon-centric. This video takes a look at all the sacrifices that he has made and the life he has received in return. Music Street Spirit (Fade Out) by Radiohead.

Tru Calling
Faint (6.79Mb, 2.44 minutes)
Fast-paced angry-ish Jack vid with a chewy Tru/Jack centre. Music by Linkin Park.

This is Goodbye (9.09Mb, 3:41 minutes)
Episodic vid for 1x20 "Two Weddings and a Funeral", with a little bit of exposition from earlier episodes. Music Porcelain by Moby.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer

A vid about teh hotness, Jonathan Levinson! Primarily focuses on episode 4x17 Superstar, but also some exposition back to season 3. Music I Just Wanna Live by Good Charlotte.

Young Americans
Somebody Told Me (8.43Mb, 3:18 minutes)
A fun and fast-paced Hamilton/Jake, detailing the ups and downs of their relationship. Music by The Killers.

Alexander (Oliver Stone 2004 film version)
Twenty Years (8.06Mb, 3:23 minutes)

A vid exploring the relationship between Alexander and Hephaistion, set against the epic battles that they have faced and the trials and tribulations that they have encountered. Music by Placebo.

Siren (7.23Mb, 3:16 minutes)
A character study of Olympias, in particular her relationship with Alexander: love and possession, power struggles, incestuous overtones and her implication in his father's murder. Music by Theatre of Tragedy.
