disappearing clip

vidding_livejournal_ark2I have a rather large (completed) timeline in Sony Vegas Pro 9.0 that I have difficulties with. I have it open, but the clips in the timeline aren't from the right episode. I had the vid edited (I'm not crazy, there is a beta render), now the clips have shifted to different episodes.
I tried reimporting, breaking the timeline into smaller pieces, and googling bunches of things, but I'm NOT getting anywhere with it.
Anyone know what's wrong?
