Moon Jae Shi (aka Crazy Horse) is the son of the Minister of Justice.  When his elder, and much beloved, brother was killed, his father took no action and  Moon Jae Shi can't forgive him.  So he works out his rebellion by writing up pieces against the government and shooting them onto doors.  Not having a great desire to live, he lives on the edge of danger and is frequently severely injured.  A tragic character with a one-sided love for the heroine, he is the object of a one-sided love from a childhood friend.
