The two "God Rest Ye"s were in the way of an experiment.  If you use the same scenes for the same words in two versions of a song, how different do they feel.  The two versions are much changed from the ones I uploaded in 2007.    The theme for "Christmas Song" is bombs.

For 15 years I've worked with literary scholars to prove that my 5th great grandfather wrote Night Before Christmas.

Deep into all things Henry Livingston, I learned to transcribe his music manuscript into midi files, and bought an original score from a musical comedy that featured frequently in his manuscript.  I then took the score versions and made them into a series of slash videos.  They're instrumentals, of course, with the voice performed by an "aaahhh" chorus.  These two Professionals versions are actually made to the words of the songs, so they're worth following the links to the lyrics, though the videos are lovely in their own right.

While trying to create a disk of all my mpg videos for my niece, I realized that I had a bunch of Professionals that must have been created when we didn't have enough room on our server to hold all the mpg videos, so I apparently never made mpgs for 15 of them. So I'm going back and creating both mpg and mp4 versions. The mpg didn't exist before, and the new mp4 is really lovely and better than the one I had up from 10 years ago. Best, Mary
