Problem with PAL+NTSC Format

Hi,
I hope somebody can help me with this.
I have PAL and NTSC DVD's I ripped both into VOB files, they play perfectly normal in my media player.

But if I want to watch/ use them in my Vidding-Programm ( Magix Video Deluxe 2008 Plus ) all my NTSC files jump back and forth with the frames, or scip frames.

Any idea why this is happening? And what to do about it??
My PAL files are working, only NTSC seem to have a problem....even if I set the program settings to NTSC
