Anyone else who's still posting vids at YouTube run into their new "infringement/removal" policy within the past few days?

I've been used to protesting if/when any of my previous uploads ran into issues with the automated software that recognizes music and/or video images, which I ran into even as recently as a week ago.
But the one I attempted to upload tonight generated the following, with a button I'm forced to click to acknowledge that I received the harsh warning:

Just wondering if anyone else has had to deal with this latest version of "take down" and/or whether anyone has successfully submitted a "counter-notification" under their new system?
Any thoughts/suggestions? I really didn't want to deal with the hassle of relocating all my vids to another service, but...
