I’m looking for a beta for a Buffyverse vid. I realize that because the glory days of Buffy are over, and people are busy gearing up for vividcon, and I’m not very involved in the community yet, it may be hard for me to get one right now. Question: picky Vegas rendering

Please help! I've just finished rendering a project that has both video clips, pictures and plain white-on-black titles. If I render it as a .wmv or an .mpg the titles and the clips come out nice and crisp, but the picture looks rather pixellated. If I render it as an .avi, the pictures look great, but the video clips loose a bit of quality, and the titles become so blurry they're barely even readable. Any suggestions? My main concern is getting both pictures and titles...
