There's also a Kung Fu video up, not upgraded, that was made by Vicky Clark and myself many years ago. "I Want to Know What Love Is" by Foreigner (30 MB; MP4).

What you should expect from a fan run vid show?
1. Your vid on a big screen with kick ass sound and adoring audiences. OK, I may have exaggerated, but most convention vids are projected onto a tall screen so that the larger con going audience can see them. It is a rush to sit there and see your vid for the first time with a live audience so I encourage you to attend the convention if at all possible.
2. A trib (free) copy of the vid DVD. Some conventions (like Vividcon and Escapade) include this in your membership - and if you are not attending you can become a supporting member and get your copy that way. Bascon, Revelcon & a few other conventions send a free copy to every vidder whose vids are used in the show. This is a long time fannish tradition. (BTW, did you know that 32 years ago was when the first 'vids' were shown at Star Trek conventions?)
3. Most conventions do not put restrictions on what you can do with your vids after the convention is over- they are more concerned about where your vids have been shown before the convention. Some like Vividcon receive so many vids that they require that premiere vids truly “premiere” at the convention (and have never been shown online before the convention). But most conventions are relaxed about online vids being shown at their conventions, with a preference towards newer vids.
4. Things start to diverge at this point: some vids shows are contests, others are not. Most give preference to showing vids by attending vidders when space is tight. Only one convention (Media West) segregates slash from non-slash vids into two seperate shows (Eastern Media Con will show them during the same show, with an intermission between the two). No conventions ban slash vids outright - this is because most conventions recognize that absent sexually explicit footage it is hard to categorize someone else’s vids and so they will accept both. Submission formats of the vids also vary - some conventions will accept low quality avi files. Others, because of the vids being projected onto the big screen, will want higher quality so the audience can make out shapes. Some conventions will accept vids from non-members (Escapade, Vividcon, Bascon) while others will ask that you be a supporting member or pay a fee to submit (MediaWest & Revelcon).
5. Make certain you are working with a fan run convention - not studio sponsored conventions or one for profit (like CreationCon) before even approaching them about showing your vids. Vidding is often not well received by the studios and can get you into legal trouble. The same is true of the people working on the show - they may enjoy your vids, but they may be obligated to hand you and your vids over to their legal dept. Never never give a vid made by another fan to anyone working or related to the show without their permission - you wouldn't want someone showing up on your doorstep asking pesky legal questions, would you?
I have a list of issues vidders may want to consider when submitting to a fan run vid show here (ex. How to pick your target audience? What type of vid plays best to a live audience? ) http://community.livejournal.com/vidding/7
