Feedback of all kinds is welcome -- I'm posting this as finished so I can justify moving on to other things, but I'm sure it could still use a few tweaks here and there.

[edit -- Could a Windows user let me know if the Divx version will play? It works on my Mac at home, but I just tested it here at work, and it's not playing in WMP or RealPlayer, but I can't tell if that's because I encoded it wrong, or if my office's firewall just won't let WMP download the Divx codec.]

[edit2: Okay, it plays in VLC, so it's probably just a firewall-download issue. But still, please do tell me if you've downloaded it but can't watch, so I can figure out what to do differently in the future.]
