Question about Smart Ripper

have an odd question that I can't find anywhere. I've seen some wonderful tutorials on Smart Ripper, but the one question I have is...

I downloaded it and when I go to install it, it's in German (Which makes sense given the program is technically illegal here in the states) ... but, there is no mention of Smart Ripper on the installer at all. It's called "Q-bert's gift". Is that right? I stopped the install immediately because in this virus laden day and age, I was a lot sceptical. So.. my question is... is that actually Smart Ripper?
