Best codec for Quick Time?

Quickie question -- I'm going to be at Escapade, and I'm putting together a pimping CD for "Hornblower." I'm going to include clips of the particularly slashy moments, and I'd like to include .mov versions.

Problem is, I'm used to dealing with AVIs and RM files, and I don't know what the best codec for .mov files is. For anyone out there who works with QuickTime most often, what would the best codec to use for this be? The ones that sound familiar to me are Sorenson, Sorenson Video 3, and Cinepak, but I don't know much about them beyond familiarity with the names. What codecs would you QT aficionados recommend for a project like this?
