Dark Angel's not a fandom I follow closely, but Terriwrym & Zelek had a site with about 20 DA vids that I ran across about a year or so ago. Just checked & the site is no longer at the old URL (http://wrym.com/library.html). No idea if it's been relocated or taken down altogether.
The Video Elite link page lists 6 sites with DA vids; have you checked them? There might be one or two DA vids on some of the multi-fandom pages as well. http://www.dreamvision-entertainment.com/videoelite/resources.html
Video Elite doesn't list the actual vidder name or website name, just the page title, which drives me crazy - so I can't tell if any of the listed sites have T&Z's vids or not. Can't speak to quality for the sites listed - except for IWMXTV's site. Vixen has some excellent Xena vids, so guessing that her DA vid would be above average as well.

I think that DA shows up in some multi-fandom vids - maybe Roach's vid Women Who Kick Ass? There are several good vids on the same theme, but I'm blanking as too whether or not they use DA footage.
