Motion Blur in Sony Vegas 7 - Can't find it? :(

I wanted to play with "motion blur" in Sony Vegas 7, however it doesn't seem to be in the program.

The instructions tell me: Right-click the video bus track, choose "Insert/Remove Envelope" from the shortcut menu, and then choose "Motion Blur Amount" from the submenu.

However, when I go into the menu there is no "Motion Blur Amount" submenu. Does anyone know if this feature was left off Sony Vegas 7? Can anyone else use it in their copy of Sony Vegas 7 or is there another way to do "Motion Blur" (I tried it on the whole track with no luck either) in version 7 that I'm unaware of?

EDIT: Solved!! I was simply ignorant! Yay!
In case anyone is wondering, you can ad a BUS track to your line up by hitting crtl+shift+b and it's different from the normal video line. Then it works. :)
