WMM Freezing, Kicking out

vidding_livejournal_ark2I'm been working on a fanvid. This is my third one, and my longest at almost six minutes. Every time I try to save the movie file, the estimated time gives me huggeee numbers (think 9999 and up) then freezes and gives me the "Windows Movie Maker has encountered a problem and must close" message. I tried splitting it up, but even the smaller bits kick out when I try to save them as movies. I'm on version 2.1 I do believe, and have some 80GB free on my hard drive, so space isn't the issue. Help?
