imeem doesn't play videos?

I just want to know, that this is only me, who cannot watch any single fanvideo on imeem? I tried a few. Other streaming sites are working fine, so I don't think that the root of the problem is something in my computer. It's weird, anyway. Please, check it. Thanks.

Ripping question?

Hey all :) I have a question, and feel free to throw things at me if this isn't allowed, but I figured I'd ask. I am trying to rip about six minutes from the middle of a video file, but for some reason it comes out with the the video all messed up. I tried going back and ripping the first five minutes and that worked perfectly. I'm so technically illiterate lol, does anyone here maybe know why it's not letting me rip the middle part? Do I need to set a specific video parameters? (I'm using Xilisoft video converter, if that helps any.) Thanks for any help, you guys are awesome :)
