I recently was shown a great little program which allows you to create really nice quality streaming versions of videos:- SWiSH Video2

A bit more info on this easy to use yet reasonably powerful application at the above link/my journal...its also totally free for a limited time/usage period.

I've been using the free video to flash converter found here:

It even spits out the html to embed it, although that needs to be cleaned up if you expect your page to validate.
