VirtualDubMod Xvid compression problem.

I'm using VirtualDubMod to compress a vid for distribution as shown in astolat's tutorial. I've never had a problem before but suddenly no matter what file size (kbytes) I dictate during a "Twopass - 2nd pass" I always end up with an 11mb file. I've uninstalled/reinstalled Xvid and Googled the problem with no luck.

I'd be extremely grateful for any help, the vid needs to be posted Friday as it's for a Big Bang and the way I'm going I'll have no hair left to pull. Thanks!

I have no idea what is going on, sorry. Just dropped in to say that maybe you could use AutoGK (http://www.autogk.me.uk/modules.php?name=Downloads) if you don't manage to solve this problem in time. It also compresses to Xvid/VBR MP3 and may be a valid back-up option. :)

You might try uninstalling xvid then running a reg cleaner before reinstalling. Or use autoGK.
