Codec Downloads?

I had my OS reinstalled and I need download links for the latest codec packs. I can't find them due to stupidity. Anyone have the links?

ETA: Now I'm trying to open VirtualDubMod and I'm getting an error message of "The procedure entry point oggpack_writealign could not be located in the dynamic link library ogg.dll."
