Anyone else who's still posting vids at YouTube run into their new "infringement/removal" policy within the past few days?

I've been used to protesting if/when any of my previous uploads ran into issues with the automated software that recognizes music and/or video images, which I ran into even as recently as a week ago.

But the one I attempted to upload tonight generated the following, with a button I'm forced to click to acknowledge that I received the harsh warning:

Just wondering if anyone else has had to deal with this latest version of "take down" and/or whether anyone has successfully submitted a "counter-notification" under their new system?

Any thoughts/suggestions? I really didn't want to deal with the hassle of relocating all my vids to another service, but...

I'd noticed YT had started simply adding ads and 'blocking in some countries' where they used to give you a chance to dispute. I don't know if this is good or not, good because the vids aren't taken down but bad because if you won your dispute you would get your vid ad-free.
I haven't run into this new complaint message just yet. Something new to worry about..

i have recently received a nasty note from them, something about repeat offenders (all the videos concerning a certain fandom were taken down that day) their accounts being closed without further warning. but i don't really care, as i do have my vids on another site, although i will miss the traffic my vids get on youtube
