Video Hosting

Does anyone know the best way or place to get website hosting from for as cheap as possible? I know nothing about it but I'd like people to be able to download my videos as zip files rather than using SendSpace, YSI, etc. because the links keep expiring and I have too many videos to keep reuploading. Any help would be VERY MUCH appreciated, thanks.

Okay lol and I do have the new internet explorer with the ad blocker thingy so it shouldn't bother me too much, thanks :)
