Hey gang,

Y'all were super helpful with my last vid, so I'm back for advice! My new vid is to a rather fast-paced Disturbed song (the fastest I've worked with so far) and I'm having a hard time cutting to the beat and making he most of the music/clip marriage. Can you guys rec me some fast paced/rock/metal fanvids for homework?

There's an excellent BSG vid by asmothesly here (http://asmothesly.livejournal.com/2979.html). I couldn't find it streaming, but if you download it, it's a keeper for the editing, even if you're not familiar with the show.

I did one a while back (http://vaeltaa.livejournal.com/115669.html) using a metal/techno song hybrid. Quite fun coming up with new ways to cut to (all the) beats without becoming repetative. Lot of thinking outside the box and looking at my footage differently. :)
