help a newbie out?
Could anyone here please point me to good software reviews that are written from a vidder's perspective? I've looked at the reviews page at AMV.org but most of the reviews are too short for me to compare.
My problem is: I've made some AMVs before (never posted it) using Ulead and now I'm trying to choose a good program to develop. I've found that I learn programs quite fast with guides and tutorials, so I'm looking for something that's simple enough for a beginner/intermediate level but one I can keep as I get better (also, one that doesn't crash a lot?). I've found a few at eBay, and I'm trying to choose between Adobe Premiere 4, Premiere Pro, Pinnacle Video 11, and Ulead Video Studio 7. I've also thought about Sony Vegas, but one look at a screenshot had me hiding.
I have a 2GB RAM and Windows Vista.
Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks!
