I don't know - if there were programs where the fandom was listed, I think you're right - I wouldn't be concerned at all. I haven't been to this con before, so I'm unsure. Offhand, with the sheer number of vidshows and panels-that-will-show-vids, it seems like it might be a logistal nightmare for the con staff to do anything more detailed than the schedule of show-and-panel topics, but OTOH the vidshows are pre-burned to DVD, so there's an advanced list right there. Obviously if I had a working brain (or hadn't posted at 1 a.m. *g*) I'd have thought to ask on the con mailing list.

Which exists, but I don't really want to draw attention to myself on it in terms of my specific vid and whether people have seen the source - I'm half feeling like even poking about for advice here could be misinterpreted as trying to build up hype (for a vid that's definitely not hypeworthy stuff; I'm just a paranoid sort.)
