I'm not quite sure what the problem is. If you just want to de-interlace you can do that in SVPro, either in the file>properties section, or at the rendering stage.

For ripping and editing from DVD I am using DVD -Decrypter and then Avidemux (to convert to Huffyuv). Avidemux also can deinterlace (video>filters>deinterlacing>yadif-default settings).
