VirtualDubMod Xvid compression problem.

vidding_livejournal_ark2I'm using VirtualDubMod to compress a vid for distribution as shown in ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
astolat's tutorial. I've never had a problem before but suddenly no matter what file size (kbytes) I dictate during a "Twopass - 2nd pass" I always end up with an 11mb file. I've uninstalled/reinstalled Xvid and Googled the problem with no luck.
I'd be extremely grateful for any help, the vid needs to be posted Friday as it's for a Big Bang and the way I'm going I'll have no hair left to pull. Thanks!
